The Owners
Amy Casady is President and Management Coordinator for Splash. She has been managing neighborhood swimming pools in Northern Colorado for 16 years. Amy is a Registered Nurse, an American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, CPR, 1st Aid, AED, Preventing Disease Transmission, and Oxygen Administration Instructor, and an Aquatics Facilities Operator. She also holds a level 2 certification with the National Aquatic Management School.
Jon Casady is Vice President and Secretary in charge of all pool maintenance logistics, staffing and issues pertaining to mechanics, maintenance, sanitation and water balance. He holds certifications as an Aquatic Facilities Operator, Certified Pool Operator, Jandy heater technician, Raypak heater technician, Pentair heater technician and Aquaproducts service technician. He has been active in the swimming pool industry for over 10 years.
Paul Hindes is a principal in Splash and is the business manager with 30 years of combined experience in the construction, servicing and management of commercial swimming pools.
Jamie Machin is a Fort Collins native, growing up swimming for the Nelson Farm Gators and FAST. He is the maintenance manager, in charge of hiring, supervising, training and scheduling the Splash maintenance technicians. Jamie directly provides daily maintenance for a number of Splash’s clients, as well as assisting in logistics, spring openings and fall closings, repairs, sanitation, and water balance. He holds certifications as an Aquatic Facilities Operator, Certified Pool Operator, Jandy heater technician, Raypak heater technician, Pentair heater Technician, and Aquaproducts service Technician. He has been active in the swimming pool industry for 7 years.
Ali Waters has been an Aquatics Coordinator with Splash for 3 years. Prior to this position she managed pools for Splash for 3 years. Ali moved here from Ohio where she managed the Jewish Community Center of Greater Toledo for 2 years, and was a lifeguard at a local quarry for a year. She won the Ohio State Lifeguarding Games two years in a row. Ali holds certifications with the American Red Cross as an instructor for Lifeguard Training, CPR and AED, 1st Aid, Preventing Disease Transmission, Water Park Lifeguarding and Oxygen Administration. She has also been active in diving, synchronized swimming, and has taught swimming lessons for 9 years.
