Splash Pool Services, Inc. is a full service management company located in Fort Collins servicing all of Northern Colorado. We specialize in the full management and operation of Homeowners Association neighborhood swimming pools. We provide lifeguards, pool managers, swim team coaches, swimming lesson instructors, water fitness instructors and maintenance personnel for the day to day operations of neighborhood swimming pools, including swimming lessons, swim team practices and meets, water aerobics, pool parties and other events. We hire, train, schedule, pay and insure.

Pool Management Agreement Pool Management Agreement responsibilities include staffing the facility with all necessary personnel. This includes hiring, training, scheduling, paying and insuring the staff. We manage the day to day operations of the swimming pool as well as swimming lessons; swim team practices and meets, water aerobics, pool parties and other events. Day to day maintenance, spring opening and fall closing are also included.

Pool Maintenance Agreements and Operational services include mechanical and maintenance openings and closings, equipment installations, and repairs, and daily/weekly pool maintenance; which includes equipment and pool maintenance, pool cleaning, water testing and chemical balancing and disinfection.

Splash Pool Services, Inc. also performs services and repairs on a time and materials basis to neighborhood pools including openings, closings, repairs, consultations, chemicals, equipment and parts.
